1. We look for companies with founders and management teams that have a vested interest in increasing shareholder value

2. We look for companies that are run by great management teams

3. We look for companies that have the capacity for compounding returns and high marginal returns on capital

4. We look for opportunities that offers value with a near-zero risk of total loss

We believe that a company's common stock price will eventually reflect the per-share value of the underlying business.

 

We believe the narrative ("story" equation) around the stock is key to unlocking the potential future value.
